We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Global HR Partner to support our Services organization, including Customer Success Managers, Professional Services Consultants, Incident Response, and Sales-aligned teams.
This role will partner closely with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and high-performance culture in a fast-paced, global, and increasingly AI-enabled environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Services leadership to shape and execute people strategies aligned with business goals, growth plans, and customer delivery models
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
- Support scale and transformation of Services functions, including global delivery and customer-facing operations
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development
- Drive performance management processes, ensuring clarity, accountability, and differentiation
- Coach leaders on high-performing team dynamics, engagement, and retention strategies
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations, ensuring compliance with US employment laws and company policies
- Proactively identify organizational risks and partner with leadership to mitigate them
- Leverage HR analytics, dashboards, and AI-based insights to inform decision-making
- Identify trends in attrition, engagement, performance, and skills gaps
- Partner cross-functionally across HR (TA, Comp & Benefits, OD) to deploy scalable programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP support to senior leaders
- Must be able to go into the Irving, TX office 2-3 days a week
- Proven experience supporting Services, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Sales organizations
- Experience in global, matrixed, and fast-paced environments
- Experience leveraging HR analytics tools, dashboards, or AI-enabled platforms to inform decisions
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into data-driven people strategies
- Strong learning agility and curiosity to continuously adapt HR practices in an evolving AI landscape

- Strong business acumen, especially in customer-facing or revenue-adjacent organizations
