Key Responsibilities

The Solution Architect – Exposure Management is a senior global role that owns the full technical lifecycle of customer evaluations — from the moment the Sales Engineer defines scope, through every deployment challenge, to a confirmed technical win. Reporting to the Solution Architect Lead, this person works across regions, enterprise accounts, and partner ecosystems simultaneously. Beyond hands-on delivery, they build the enablement infrastructure that empowers field teams to operate independently and at scale.

  • Pre-Sales Technical Leadership: Serve as the senior technical expert throughout customer evaluations, partnering with the Sales Engineer from scoping through to a confirmed technical win. Act as the key connector between pre-sales, support, product, and R&D — ensuring every technical challenge is addressed and every escalation is resolved. Analyze platform findings and present them to customer stakeholders in a way that connects technical outputs to real business value, turning data into clear, actionable security insights.
  • Field Enablement: Design and deliver training programs for pre-sales and partner teams globally, covering technical product knowledge, deployment best practices, and hands-on POC execution — supported by purpose-built labs, tutorials, and best practice guides developed along the way.
  • Operational Excellence: Build the tools and automation that turn complex deployments into repeatable, scalable processes — shortening time-to-value for customers and multiplying the team's impact globally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in cyber security — as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or in a similar technical implementation role.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise networking and security architecture, including firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM/SOC workflows, and vulnerability management.
  • Proven track record of owning complex, enterprise-scale POCs from scoping through close — including hands-on deployment, success criteria management, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Strong presentation and training skills — equally effective with technical practitioners and business decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure deployments, security integrations, and security operations environments.
  • Highly organized and execution-oriented — able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different time zones with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a globally distributed environment and aligns around shared goals.
Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with exposure management or risk-based vulnerability management platforms.
  • familiarity with threat intelligence platforms
  • Background working with MSSPs, enterprise IT teams, or security operations centers.
