Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a hands-on leader, managing a team of enterprise sellers while directly owning and driving sales within a defined territory.
  • Drive consistent revenue growth through deep engagement with cybersecurity software solutions, focusing on B2B sales in key verticals including online retail, ecommerce, and financial services.
  • Foster and expand strategic relationships with CISOs, security architects, SOC leaders, and other key decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with channel partners and VARs, leveraging their influence to accelerate deal cycles.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a leadership role (player/coach or manager) within enterprise cybersecurity sales.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven success in selling cybersecurity and/or threat intelligence solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Holds one or more recognized cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC), demonstrating a strong foundation in security principles and practices.
  • Technically astute and able to confidently communicate complex cyber and threat intelligence solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong familiarity with industry trends, threat landscapes, and emerging security technologies.
  • Recognized as a thought leader within the cybersecurity space—active participation in industry events, speaking engagements, or published insights/blogs is a strong plus.

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $148,500 - $212,500. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
