We are at a pivotal moment. After a year of incredible momentum, we are set to double our global headcount this year. We are looking for a visionary Talent Acquisition Leader to orchestrate this hyper-growth, lead our global team, and help us build the next big thing in Cloud Ops.
The RoleThis isn't just a recruiting role; it’s a strategic leadership position at the heart of our scaling engine. As our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead a high-performing team of 5 recruiters across Israel and the US, defining the strategy that will shape PointFive’s future. You will be a key partner to turning our ambitious growth goals into a reality while maintaining the high bar for talent and culture that defines us.
What You’ll Bring
Proven Leadership: 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years leading recruiting teams in high-growth SaaS, Cyber, or FinOps startups.
Global Mindset: Experience managing or hiring across both IL and US markets. You understand the nuances of different talent ecosystems.
Hyper-Growth Veteran: You know how to scale processes without breaking the culture.
Tech-Savy & Data-Obsessed: Expert-level knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse/Ashby) and HRIS (HiBob is a plus). You breathe metrics and use them to drive decisions.
Exceptional Communicator: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with the ability to inspire candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
Owner’s Grit: You are proactive, creative, and thrive in the beautiful chaos of an early-stage, fast-moving company.
Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a global team of 5 Talent Acquisition professionals (IL & US), fostering a culture of excellence, speed, and candidate-centricity.
Strategic Growth: Partner with the Executive team to lead headcount planning, budget management, and compensation benchmarking as we double our size.
Scale the Engine: Build and optimize our global recruiting infrastructure from advanced ATS workflows and data-driven SLAs to interviewer training and DEI practices.
Master the Narrative: Lead our global employer branding and talent marketing strategy. You’ll tell the PointFive story in a way that attracts the top 1% of talent in a competitive market.
Data-Driven Leadership: Own the recruiting metrics (pipeline health, quality of hire, cost-per-hire etc.). Use data to identify bottlenecks, predict hiring trends, and advise leadership on market trade-offs.
Global Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with global agencies, sourcing tools, and job boards, ensuring we have the best stack to win.
