About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, service-oriented, and highly technical IT Specialist to join our growing IT team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys solving complex technical issues, and has deep experience managing modern SaaS-based IT infrastructures. You’ll play a key role in supporting employees globally, maintaining secure and scalable IT operations, and improving the overall employee technology experience.
You will work closely with Operations, Security, Engineering and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding / off-boarding, endpoint management, identity management, automation, and day-to-day IT support across the company.
About Your Day-to-Day
- Own employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning accounts, permissions, devices, and access policies
- Handle IT support requests and resolve technical issues quickly while maintaining a high level of employee experience
- Support and troubleshoot macOS and Windows environments across global teams
- Manage endpoint security, MDM policies, SSO integrations, MFA enforcement, and access controls
- Manage and maintain modern identity and device management platforms such as JumpCloud, Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, and related tools
- Maintain SaaS applications, licenses, permissions, and integrations
- Partner closely with Security teams on compliance, hardening, access reviews, and security initiatives
- Assist with office IT operations, including networking, meeting rooms, company events hardware procurement, and asset management
- Drive automation and process improvements across IT operations
- Document internal IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures
- Support global employees across multiple time zones when needed
Requirements
- 4 + years of experience in IT / Corporate IT / IT Operations roles within high-growth SaaS or technology companies
- Strong hands-on experience with JumpCloud or similar identity providers
- Experience managing Google Workspace environments
- Experience with MDM solutions such as Jumpcloud, Jamf, Kandji, Intune, or similar
- Strong understanding of SaaS application management, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and identity lifecycle management
- Experience supporting macOS environments at scale
- Familiarity with endpoint security (EDR) and modern IT security best practices
- Experience with networking fundamentals, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and office infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and high service orientation
- Work and apply AI thoughtfully and safely in your day to day and the IT operations
- Ability to prioritize and operate independently in fast-moving environments
Nice to Have:
- Experience in startup or hyper-growth environments
- Experience with automation and scripting (Workato, n8n, Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2 or ISO27001
- Experience working closely with Developers, Security or DevOps teams
- Experience supporting global remote organizations
