Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role combines full-cycle bookkeeping responsibilities with end-to-end payroll preparation and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Full-cycle bookkeeping up to trial balance, including:
- Recording journal entries
- Preparing profit and loss statements
- Performing bank, credit card, supplier, and customer reconciliations
Payroll management:
- Collecting timesheets and managing attendance records
- Preparing monthly payroll and payslips
- Handling year-end reports and tax withholdings
Other duties:
- Preparing payments to suppliers and employees via online banking systems
- Submitting and managing reports and payments to authorities such as Income Tax, National Insurance, VAT, and other institutions
Requirements:
- Certified Bookkeeper – Level 3
- Certified Payroll specialist
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in bookkeeping up to trial balance and payroll processing
- Experience working with ERP systems and payroll software
- Proficiency in Excel
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- English proficiency – an advantage
