Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role combines full-cycle bookkeeping responsibilities with end-to-end payroll preparation and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Full-cycle bookkeeping up to trial balance, including:

  • Recording journal entries
  • Preparing profit and loss statements
  • Performing bank, credit card, supplier, and customer reconciliations

Payroll management:

  • Collecting timesheets and managing attendance records
  • Preparing monthly payroll and payslips
  • Handling year-end reports and tax withholdings

Other duties:

  • Preparing payments to suppliers and employees via online banking systems
  • Submitting and managing reports and payments to authorities such as Income Tax, National Insurance, VAT, and other institutions

Requirements:

  • Certified Bookkeeper – Level 3
  • Certified Payroll specialist
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in bookkeeping up to trial balance and payroll processing
  • Experience working with ERP systems and payroll software
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • High level of accuracy, responsibility, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • English proficiency – an advantage
