About The Role
We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Senior Mobile Infrastructure Developer to take a key role in designing, building, and scaling our mobile infrastructure.
In this role, you will work across native (iOS/Android) and cross-platform (React Native) environments, focusing on performance, scalability, and developer experience. You will play a central role in shaping the mobile foundations that enable fast, reliable, and high-quality product development.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile Infrastructure Development
- Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure in React Native to support mobile app development and deployment
- Lead best practices and implementations in areas such as:
- Mobx
- Geolocation and geofencing
- WebView
- Encryption
- Backend–mobile communication interfaces
- Media compression and management
- Code Push
- Performance optimization and app startup time
CI/CD & Automation
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for iOS, Android, and React Native platforms
- Automate and optimize build processes, testing, and deployments
- Improve developer velocity through tooling and infrastructure enhancements
Architecture & Design
- Design and evolve mobile architecture aligned with best practices for native (Swift, Kotlin) and React Native
- Continuously improve performance, scalability, and security
- Evaluate and adopt modern tools, frameworks, and approaches
Release Management
- Take ownership of the mobile release lifecycle, ensuring smooth and reliable releases
- Collaborate with QA, developers, and product teams to maintain high quality
- Maintain versioning, release documentation, and rollout strategies
Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to align solutions with business needs
- Partner with DevOps and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and delivery
- Share knowledge and contribute to raising the bar of mobile development practices across the team
Monitoring & Maintenance
- Implement monitoring and observability tools for app performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across pipelines, builds, and production environments
- Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards
Experience & Skills
Technical Expertise:
- 6+ Years experience in native mobile development (iOS: Swift; Android: Kotlin)
- Experience with mobile app distribution via App Store and Google Play.
- 2+ Years experience with React native
- Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies
Leadership & Communication:
- Proven ability to lead architectural discussions and drive consensus across teams.
- Strong mentoring skills, with experience guiding developers in best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
