CAD Supervisor – Lebanon, TN

Aegis Worldwide is partnering with a leading manufacturing client in the Lebanon, TN area to hire a CAD Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for a technical leader who enjoys mentoring teams, driving design excellence, and collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the daily activities of the CAD team
• Serve as the CAD subject matter expert for the organization
• Review, edit, and approve design drawings to ensure accuracy and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a variety of products and design initiatives
• Support new product development and continuous improvement efforts
• Present design concepts, updates, and recommendations to upper management and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to company and industry standards

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, or related field preferred
• Strong background in CAD design within a manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
