Position Overview

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Engineer to drive equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

This role blends hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance strategy, and engineering support, with a strong focus on electrical systems, controls, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to improve equipment reliability and uptime across production lines
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues
• Support and modify PLC-controlled systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) for troubleshooting and process improvements
• Analyze maintenance and production data to identify trends and implement root cause solutions
• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Lead or support capital projects (CapEx) including equipment upgrades, installations, and automation improvements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, OEE improvement)
• Utilize CMMS systems to track work orders, maintenance metrics, and asset performance
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve processes and reduce downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred)
• 3–7+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong troubleshooting experience with electrical systems, motors, VFDs, and industrial controls
• Hands-on experience with PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
• Experience with data analysis and maintenance metrics (OEE, downtime tracking, etc.)
• Familiarity with CMMS systems

Preferred Experience

• Experience in high-speed or automated manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of SCADA systems or advanced controls
• Lean manufacturing / Six Sigma experience
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, thermography, etc.)
