Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Machine Builder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components, subassemblies, and finished products in accordance with established specifications and procedures. This position requires strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assembly Tasks:
- Perform manual and/or automated assembly of components and finished products following work instructions.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete assembly processes.
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
Fabrication and Assembly:
- Build components from raw materials using blueprints and technical specifications.
- Assemble subassemblies using bills of materials and engineering drawings.
- Install assemblies onto CNC equipment as part of final production.
Process Adherence:
- Follow detailed procedures, safety guidelines, and production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and control processes.
- Report defects, inconsistencies, or production issues promptly.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and improvement ideas effectively.
- Assist in training new employees as needed.
Inventory and Documentation:
- Track and manage inventory of parts and materials used in assembly.
- Complete required documentation and production records accurately.
- Report shortages or damaged materials.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
- Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good manual dexterity and familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 25–50 lbs.
- Adherence to safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
