In the near term, this role will focus on ensuring seamless support for the CEO through calendar management, board and leadership meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense management, and other executive operations. Following this transition period, the role will continue supporting the Vice President of Corporate Affairs and may also provide executive support to another senior leader within Boomi, based on business needs. This position requires sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to represent the CEO's office professionally across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the flow of information to and from the CEO, including preparing briefing materials and managing sensitive, confidential correspondence

  • Manage and coordinate all travel, including complex domestic and international itineraries, accommodations, flights, and ground transportation; anticipate needs and troubleshoot changes in real time

  • Maintain flexibility to adjust working hours in support of the CEO's schedule, including availability outside standard business hours during international travel or time-sensitive matters

  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner

  • Provide discreet support with occasional personal scheduling on behalf of the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination between professional and personal commitments

  • Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper between the CEO’s time and the executive leadership team, board members, employees, investors, clients, and other external partners in terms of calendar management

  • Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing requests and escalations, often representing the CEO's intent in communications

  • Partner with other executive assistants and administrative staff across the leadership team to ensure alignment and coverage

  • Handle highly sensitive company, personnel, and strategic information with absolute discretion

  • Support special projects and initiatives at the CEO's direction, which may span multiple departments

The Experience You Bring

  • 6+ years supporting C-suite executives, ideally a CEO or founder, at a mid-size to large organization

  • Experience supporting board of directors logistics preferred

  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Concur, Microsoft Office, and other office productivity and collaboration tools, with the aptitude to quickly learn new systems

  • Exceptional judgment and a proactive, "no task too big or small" problem-solving mindset

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the polish to interface with senior leaders, board members, and external partners

  • Impeccable organization, time management, and the ability to juggle shifting priorities under pressure
