Job Description

What You’ll Do:

As a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Intern, you will be an integral part of our central rollout team, helping to shape local impact from a global strategy. Your tasks will include:

  • Support the planning and execution of DEI Target Deployment Workshops in key countries (e.g. Germany, USA, India, Brazil);
  • Coordinate with local DEI Coalitions (HR, ambassadors, and sponsors) to track progress on DEI initiatives and KPIs;
  • Assist in the maintenance and content development of our People, Organization and Culture Hub and best practice toolbox;
  • Help prepare executive communications, including updates to the Bosch Digital/DEI Dashboard and internal strategy updates;
  • Contribute to internal communication campaigns that raise awareness and encourage participation in DEI activities.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Current student of Human Resources, Social Sciences, Communications, Business, or a related field;
  • You are available for about 30 hours per week;
  • Strong interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion topics, cultural change, or corporate responsibility;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Collaborative mindset and intercultural sensitivity;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to work with internal platforms and dashboards.
