Opis stanowiska
Tasks:
- Being part of the global team for end user support of CAD/PLM applications NX/Teamcenter.
- Resolve assigned tickets from 2nd level support for several knowledge areas (Teamcenter, CAD NX, interfaces to SAP, workflows).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of end user support of NX and Teamcenter, e.g. by identifying and addressing re-occurring issues and proposing functional enhancements based on knowledge from 2nd level support.
- Contribute to projects for NX and Teamcenter continuous application development by taking over responsibility for defined project work packages (e.g. application, hardware etc. testing).
Kwalifikacje
Profile:
- Professional experience in end user support or coordination activities for large installations of CAD/PLM in industry/automotive sector.
- Preferably experience with Teamcenter/NX or/and other CAD system as Key User, IT specialist/ administrator.
- Ability to create holistic understanding of business processes in Mechanical Engineering IT and end user needs.
- Passion to work in an international, agile team with direct contact to several customers.
- Open minded, positive and solution oriented communication towards internal customers and end users.
- Analytical and problem solving skills to address and resolve technical issues
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in English in written and verbal communication (min. B2), German will be an asset.
