The Sauce team pools together decades of restaurant tech experience, along with seasoned tech, sales, marketing, product and operations executives who produce an industry-changing delivery system for successful local restaurants and chains.

Your mission is to architect and deliver hands-on, high-impact, tech-driven solutions that empower Sauce’s GTM engine to maximize customer value while scaling revenue and margins. As the lead architect of our AI-native GTM factory, you will scout, prototype, and maintain innovative revenue engines. By leveraging AI/LLM agents and low-code automations, you will transform our legacy tech stack and deploy revenue-generating systems in weeks rather than quarters.

What You'll Do:

    • Hands-on Delivery - Personally lead, scope, build, test, and ship production-ready GTM workflows and automations in a matter of days, acting as architect, builder, and QA until a team is in place.

    • Own the GTM product and tech stack (existing, buildout, Innovation): Marketing, Sales and customer success, making sure the entire GTM is aligned and synced.

    • Scale velocity and quality: Work with GTM teams to identify data-backed automations business workflows that support GTM business goals.

    • Idea-to-Outcome Ownership - Run the entire GTM innovation funnel (discovery → hypothesis → rapid build → experiment → signal) for every revenue project.

    • Revenue Factory Engineering - Design the end-to-end system for targeting, acquisition, and retention for thousands of tech-skeptical SMB owners.

    • Build and Train Agentic GTM Platform - Own the deployment of AI agents (SDR, CS, Support). You are responsible for rigorous training cycles and daily outputs, no “set and forget”.

    • Stakeholder Demo & Adoption - Run weekly "show-and-tell" sessions with execs and drive adoption of your tools by the GTM team as hard as you drive implementation.

What You Bring:

    Mandatory Requirements

    • GTM & SMB Fluency: Marketing-Sales-CSM terminology (goals, KPIs, motions) and GTM business flows; Deep understanding of SMB behavior.

    • Proven track-record building solutions, integrating and developing over MarTech, and SalesTech Stacks (at least 3/5):

      • Ad platforms (Meta, Google)

      • Data, Analytics, Dashboarding: GA4, GTM, Tableau, Hubspot, Databricks, Mongo.

      • Communication channels automation protocols: Hubspot, AirCall, Customer.io

      • Websites and forms building (performance, automation, dynamic content, security) over WordPress.

      • Bespoke and custom business applications.

      • 3+ years of professional experience - A hybrid background across software engineering, product management, or growth marketing.

      • Technical Practitioner (AI-Native) - You are deep in the trenches with AI - not just reading about it. You are hands-on with Gen-AI stacks (Claude Code / OpenAI), automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier), and "vibe-coding" tools (Cursor).

      • Multi-hat Execution - Proven ability to play PM, architect, and builder simultaneously in a fast-paced startup setting.

      • Advantage

        • Former Founder / Entrepreneurial Background - You have built something from scratch and know how to deliver with limited resources,

        • “Getting things done” mentality - having the right mindset to crush impediments.

        • Data Literacy - Strong experience with data synthesis / SQL, mostly in the CRM hygiene area , structured data enrichment, and data warehouse intelligence to ensure the AI systems actually work.

        • What Success Looks Like

          • By Month 3 - Data foundation live. First 2-3 centralized AI capabilities (e.g., automated targeting or scoring) measurably improving pipeline or rep productivity.

          • By Month 6 - At least 3 major tasks removed from human rep JDs and handled by the AI engine. Experimentation cadence established with "idea-to-signal" in days.

          • By Month 12 - First AI agents deployed and fully trained. Revenue per rep is 2-3x industry benchmarks for B2SMB.
