What You’ll Do

• Lead and scale the DevOps team at ScaleOps, managing infrastructure, cloud environments, tools, services, and uptime.
• Drive the architecture, design, and execution of ScaleOps’s cloud-native platform.
• Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, fostering growth and best practices in automation, reliability, and scalability.
• Take ownership of CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and overall deployment efficiency.
• Introduce and implement new cloud technologies and open-source tools to improve delivery, scalability, and availability.
• Oversee production environments, ensuring smooth execution, high performance, and reliability.
• Partner with product, backend, and customer success teams to ensure world-class DevOps processes that align with business needs.
  
  

Requirements:

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer in high-scale distributed systems (Linux environment).
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience managing and scaling DevOps teams.
• Hands-on expertise with containerized environments and microservices – Docker and Kubernetes (must).
• Strong experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and build/release systems.
• Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, Go).
• A mindset for automation and eliminating manual effort.
• Ability to balance technical depth with leadership responsibilities, driving execution and innovation.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and excellent communication skills.
• Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English.
• Advantage: experience with cloud cost optimization or automated resource management.
