About the role
Join our dynamic global customer success team as a Presale Engineer, and help us bring Scopio's innovative solutions to laboratory environments. As a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, you'll guide customers in implementing our applications from presales through go-live and ongoing adoption support. You’ll help ensure a seamless integration process and that customers harness all the benefits of Scopio technology.

Salary range - 100 K - 110 K/Year

What you’ll be doing
Sales Support
- Support the sales team with application demos and evaluations
- Participate in industry conferences
Implementation & Training
- Plan and execute implementation at customer sites
- Assist customers in meeting regulatory and validation requirements
- Develop and conduct training programs, including workshops and on-site sessions for users
- Manage the integration process to align with customer expectations and timelines
Customer Satisfaction & Feedback
- Drive proactive process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction while supporting sales objectives
- Identify critical gaps and product issues, recommend actionable solutions, and be the voice of the customer to backoffice teams
- Collect ROI data to measure progress and utilization at customer sites
Requirements
Experience & Education
- Minimum of two years of experience in the medical device industry with presales responsibilities at laboratories
- Previous experience in a hematology laboratory
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience
- Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP) or Medical Laboratory Technologist (ASCP) certification is an advantage
Skills
- Strong interpersonal, persuasive, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to be proactive and initiate actions to assist customers
- Ability to build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborative team attitude with a strong commitment to customer success
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
- Authorization to work in the United States
