Regional Sales Director

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with an established network in the security screening industry who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited to help shape the future of aviation and security technology.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle across your region, from prospecting to closing.
  • Generate and manage opportunities through both inbound and outbound activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including airports, government agencies, security authorities, and screening technology partners.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company revenue objectives.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales processes involving multiple decision makers and long sales cycles.
  • Represent SeeTrue at industry events, conferences, customer meetings, and trade shows.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Travel extensively throughout the region to support high-touch customer engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience selling into the urban security, critical infrastructure, aviation security, security screening, or adjacent security markets.
  • Existing network of relationships with security authorities, screening operators, system integrators, or security technology vendors.
  • 5 - 10 years experience working for a screening, security technology, X-ray, CT, or related security solutions company.
  • Strong track record of enterprise software, SaaS, or technology sales is a plus.
  • Ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting consultative sales conversations, product demonstrations, and complex solution selling.
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach and the ability to succeed in a startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the region.
  • Passion for innovation and helping build a category-leading company.
  • Location-Midwest United States (preferred)
