Make an Impact by
Front-End Operations

Ensure all store fixtures and equipment are in working condition; coordinate repairs and installations as needed.

Maintain a clean, pleasant, and customer-ready store environment.
Back-End Operations

Oversee inventory accounting and ensure proper control of all Sales and Non-Sales inventories.
Sales Operations
-
Plan staff rosters based on projected peak and non-peak periods to ensure adequate floor coverage.

Monitor and report daily sales performance; provide insights to improve processes, customer experience, and promotions.

Implement and manage in-store sales incentive programs, including communication, tracking, and distribution.

Coach individuals and teams to improve sales and customer engagement.
-
Ensure all staff are trained and competent in products, services, processes, and service standards through regular briefings and updates.

Serve as a Technical Expert: deliver product demonstrations, attend product trainings, train staff, develop sales scripts, and handle advanced customer queries.

Actively engage with customers to discover needs, address queries, and manage waiting time.
Customer Experience (CE)

Maintain high standards of customer experience and regularly review performance with staff.

Manage customer escalations, resolve issues, and perform service recovery in line with company guidelines.

Investigate customer experience cases by reviewing incidents and reporting findings.

Implement customer experience improvement initiatives from relevant teams.
Leadership

Lead by example, embodying company values and expected behaviors.

Mentor and coach staff to maintain motivation and performance.

Foster teamwork among frontline staff and retail managers.
Other Responsibilities

Rotate through different functions, including retail, event sales, and social media platforms.

Plan and execute social media-based selling strategies, including live selling and video content creation
Skills for Success
- Minimum ‘N’ Level qualification
- 5–10 years of retail sales experience in physical stores
- Intermediate-level sales team management and organisational skills
- Intermediate-level merchandising and visual presentation skills
- Possesses good business acumen
- Basic-level financial management, inventory management, data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Good mentoring, leadership, and communication skills
