  1. Program Strategy & Portfolio
  • Build and maintain a multi-quarter roadmap of showcases, use-case demos in collaboration with Client Solution & Transformation & Product teams, executive programmes, enterprise kick-offs, and customer delight initiatives that signal our shift “from telco to techco”, aligned to Product’s growth tracks.
  • Curate and orchestrate enterprise-wide kick-off events, ensuring strategic alignment and impactful launches for internal stakeholders.
  • Define the success framework and review dashboards, including monthly/quarterly reviews for the Centre’s experiences, programmes, kick-offs, and customer delight initiatives

  1. Customer experience & executive engagement
  • Host and orchestrate C-suite visits, high-stakes executive briefings, and enterprise kick-off events, ensuring professional hosting/facilitation and measurable outcomes from every engagement.
  • Design and deliver memorable customer experiences, including surprise-and-delight moments during Centre visits, executive briefings, and stakeholder sessions.
  • Develop new touchpoints and interactive journeys that elevate the in-centre experience, using technology and storytelling to exceed customer expectations.
  • Track and report on customer satisfaction, experience scores, and conversion rates attributed to delight initiatives.
  • Seek out new CE/CEs platforms and communities to extend our engagement with CXO

  1. Ecosystem & content curation
  • Build a robust partner ecosystem; source, vet, and onboard innovative partners and use cases that map to our enterprise propositions.
  • Refresh exhibits/content based on structured trend scanning and industry research in collaboration with internal and external sources

  1. Pipeline, reporting & insights
  • Close the loop from visit → follow‑up → MQL/SQL, with post‑visit actions within and central dashboards for leadership reporting
  • Partner with product marketing and sales ops to track conversion, campaign influence, and SQL/TCV outcomes attributed to the Centre

  1. Operations excellence
  • Own day‑to‑day operations of the Centre (SOPs, booking/visit flows, vendor performance, AV/IT uptime, access/welcome messaging) with measurable CX and efficiency gains

  1. Event activation
  • Serve as primary liaison with Centre-hosted launches, MoUs, and strategic industry events eg GovWare, MilipolTechSummit, sector specific events—synchronising pre‑event planning, onsite execution, and post‑event outcomes while maintaining venue standards (access, welcome, gifts, inventory)

  1. Governance, budgeting & vendor management
  • Manage Opex/Capex against plan, optimize agency/vendor spend, and land predictable, auditable reporting

  1. People leadership & collaboration
  • Lead a team (Centre, Program & Activation) and coach cross‑functional squad.

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor degree in Science, Marketing or Business
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in relevant experience in large corporations, complex organizations/MNCs.
  • Extensive experience in B2B enterprise segment marketing.
  • Experience with hosting, managing an innovation centre
  • Experience with Product and/or Partner Development is preferred
