What will you do?
- Manage and mentor a team of Service Line Support staff in providing administrative and logistics support for the Service Lines and Practices.
- Manage the Service Line initiatives / programmes such as, PM Competency Assessment
- Represent the Service Lines in various Corporate initiatives / programmes such as, Handling of Personal Data, Business Continuity Planning, Risk Assessment, ISO certifications, etc. Responsibilities include coordinating briefings, collecting required data from the delivery teams, verifying the collected data, be the bridge between the Delivery Teams and Corporate departments.
- Manage internal stakeholders from different organization levels and different regional offices, and also external stakeholders such as, vendors and clients.
- Plan, monitor and balance the workload of the team.
- Monitor the resource utilization and performance of the team.
- Review processes and operations on a regular basis to identify areas for improvement, and provide necessary coaching and guidance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and professional development within the PMO CoE team.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Excel, Excel-Pivot Table, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint.
- Experience in working with PowerAutomate and PowerBI will be an added advantage.
- Working experience of at least 10 years in project management.
- Experience in leading a team of more than 5 staff, and is able to efficiently lead, coach and supervise the staff within his/her team.
- Good leadership qualities, able to verbalize the PMO CoE mission to staff and motivate them to always keep high service quality.
- Able to work in a matrix organization.
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Structured, organized, proactive, independent, self-motivated and strong team player.
- Possesses good interpersonal skills and can communicate well (both written and verbal) with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Possesses strong sense of ownership and tenacity.
- Possesses initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high-quality standards
