The Associate Director, Commercial Collections role is an outstanding opportunity to lead a dynamic team of 14 Onshore team members in Australia. You will manage and improve a robust credit management matrix to ensure cash collections are maximized and credit risk is mitigated. This role is pivotal in driving dispute resolution through a consistent framework, ensuring debt is not adversely impacted.
What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of
- Provide strong leadership to both direct and indirect people to build a culture of high performance for the team responsible for the OWS & Enterprise portfolios.
- Ensure all financial metrics, as agreed with Director, Collections & Recoveries, for all portfolios under management are met.
- Manage and improve a robust credit management matrix that ensures cash collections are maximized and credit risk is mitigated.
- Build strong business relationships across a diverse group of parties, both internally and externally.
