CYE is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) Team Lead to join our global Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to build, coach, and scale a high-performing team of BDRs who generate qualified opportunities in the North American and EMEA markets.
At CYE, we practice Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and align closely with Sales to deliver meaningful engagement with enterprise accounts. As the BDR Team Lead, you will report directly to the CMO and play a key role in shaping the future of our pipeline generation efforts, working tightly and very closely with the Head of Growth and the regional Account Executives. This is a player-coach role: you’ll be expected not only to lead, but also to contribute personally by prospecting, engaging with target accounts, and opening doors for our enterprise sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of BDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline generation targets
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies targeting enterprise organizations in the US and Europe
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and sales metrics while driving continuous improvement
  • Coach team members on prospecting techniques, messaging, objection handling, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and account research
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations to optimize lead generation efforts
  • Ensure high-quality outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other outbound channels
  • Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting using CRM tools
  • Stay up to date with cybersecurity industry trends and competitive landscape

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of leadership or mentoring a sales development team.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a BDR / SDR in a B2B SaaS company; cybersecurity experience - a plus.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies and pipeline generation
  • Experience working with US and/or European markets
  • Track record of consistent overachievement against pipeline or meeting-generation goals.
  • English level— written and verbal
  • Hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about delivering excellence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities; able to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience working with AI apps
  • English at a native or very high professional level
