JOB SUMMARY

Storyblok is seeking a highly skilled Field & Partner Marketing Manager to drive growth across our EMEA business through both targeted account-based strategies and strategic partner collaborations. As an individual contributor, you will design and execute integrated marketing programs that generate pipeline, accelerate sales, and strengthen relationships with key accounts and partners. Leveraging your expertise in scalable account-centric marketing and partner co-marketing, you’ll lead initiatives that align sales, marketing, and partner teams to deliver measurable business impact. Your ability to analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and build trusted relationships across stakeholders will be critical to success in this role.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration: Develop and execute high impact, multi-channel field marketing programs, including events, webinars and digital campaigns that are tailored to funnel stage and drive pipeline creation, and acceleration. Run ABM plays targeting BDR and AE owned target accounts using data-driven insights and tools such as 6sense.

Partner Marketing Strategy & Execution: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners. Collaborate closely with partner team to identify high potential joint marketing opportunities that align with overall business objectives and drive pipeline impact. Measure and analyze partner marketing performance to uncover areas for improvement and optimization.

Global Campaign Execution: Actively collaborate with the global campaigns team on core campaigns and contribute to tactics through field and partner activities. Provide feedback on territory needs to support tailoring campaign development. Lead enablement and update communications with local GTM teams.

Regional Planning & Strategy Alignment: Contribute to the regional marketing plan by identifying key opportunities and crafting campaign strategies for your territory ensuring alignment with sales and partner leadership. Maintain a quarterly rolling six-month plan covering account-based, field, and partner activities that deliver measurable outcomes and support long-term growth.

Collaboration and Communication: Act as the primary marketing liaison for regional GTM teams to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated execution. Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify the most impactful activities for new logo acquisition and support sales opportunity progression. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise updates on marketing activities and results.

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze overarching marketing performance, pipeline influence, and partner marketing ROI in your territory. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, using data to refine strategy, optimize budget allocation, and maximize impact. Proactively recommend adjustments based on metrics and feedback.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 6+ years of experience in field and partner roles, and demand generation/campaign roles as a plus, with a focus on B2B technology or software.
  • Proven track record of building integrated, multi-channel campaigns (including online and offline field events and paid channels) that drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM-at scale) strategies, tools and tactics.
  • Experienced in partner/channel marketing with skills to evaluate and determine which joint activities have the highest potential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Self starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Unphased by a fast paced, changing environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills essential.
  • Deep understanding of modern marketing tech stacks and what’s needed operationally to build a high impact campaign, including marketing automation platforms, CRMs and ABM tools.
  • Certifications in marketing, sales enablement, or digital marketing are a plus.
  • A passion for marketing and a desire to drive business growth.
