We are seeking brilliant software engineers to join our team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the architecture and development of our various products. This is an early-stage opportunity where you will majorly impact decision-making and contribute to the company's success.

Your role will include:

• Working across the entire development life cycle to architect, build, test, deploy, and support high-quality and reliable large-scale services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including full-stack engineers, product managers, and researchers, to deliver high-quality solutions
• Identifying potential improvements in our team processes and workflows and driving the changes needed to address them
• Supporting and growing the other engineers in your team through pairing, feedback, and mentoring
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and apply them to enhance our product
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building production-level web applications in large-scale SaaS products.
• Experience with modern service architecture, with emphasis on microservices and cloud-native solutions
• Solid knowledge of ETL tools \ data pipelines
• 3+ years of experience with GO/Python programming language, developing high-scale applications.
• Strong cloud architecture skills - ability to design for scale and velocity of end-to-end data-driven solutions
• Passion for clean code and agile work.
• Excellent communication skills and a great team member. I work daily with our product and the rest of the engineering team to make things work.
