We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior R&D professional to lead Bluespine Content Platform

The ideal candidate is a seasoned R&D expert (in QA, Software Development, or Product/Program Management) eager to grow into a multidisciplinary leading role that combines process management, team leadership, and SW development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of creating new detection-logic content using Bluespine’s proprietary system.
• Oversee and support a team of subject matter experts and software developers.
• Drive the development of automation and management tools to enhance the process.
• Collaborate closely with other R&D and research teams to implement continuous improvements.
  
  

Requirements:

• Five or more years of experience in the product development lifecycle (Software Development, QA, or Product/Program Management).
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end execution of projects that drive business impact.
• Management experience of mid-sized teams
• Practical experience with Python development, SQL, or similar technologies.
