Location: Europe (Remote - Western Europe preferred)
About the Role
Wisor is building technology to transform one of the world’s largest and most established industries. Freight forwarding is a massive global market that has historically relied on manual workflows, fragmented systems, and legacy software. Our platform brings advanced technology and automation to freight forwarders, helping them operate more efficiently and make better decisions.
We believe the freight forwarding industry is at the beginning of a major technology transformation, and Wisor is positioned to play a central role in that shift. As our traction continues to grow, we are now looking for a VP of Sales to help lead the next stage of our journey.
This is a critical leadership role. You will take ownership of our revenue engine, lead and develop our team of Account Executives, and build the structure, discipline, and processes required to scale. We are looking for a hands-on leader who combines strategic thinking with operational rigor and knows how to enforce the playbooks that turn strong sales teams into predictable revenue organizations.
What You’ll Do
Sales Leadership
- Lead, manage, and scale our team of 4-5+ Account Executives
- Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Hire, coach, and develop top-performing sales talent
Sales Process & Playbooks
- Design and enforce a structured, repeatable sales process
- Build and continuously refine the sales playbook
- Implement rigorous pipeline management, forecasting, and deal inspection
GTM Strategy
- Define and refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Identify and prioritize the most effective revenue channels
Leading from the Front
- Participate in strategic deals and help drive complex opportunities to close
- Partner closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
Proven Sales Leadership
- Experience managing and scaling a team of 5+ Account Executives
- Strong track record of driving accountability and predictable results
Startup Scaling Experience
- Experience building or scaling a B2B sales organization through a meaningful growth phase (for example from early traction to a structured, multi-rep sales team)
Industry Expertise
- Experience selling into freight forwarding companies - MUST
- Background in logistics-tech or closely related industries
Process-Driven Operator
- Strong focus on sales processes, playbooks, and disciplined execution
- Experience implementing rigorous pipeline management and forecasting
Bonus Points
- Strong understanding of Air and Ocean Freight operations
- Existing network within the US logistics ecosystem
- Experience working with Israeli founders or teams
