We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager who builds GTM engines with AI - not just someone who uses it to move faster, but someone who has designed agents, automated workflows, and AI-powered systems as core parts of how they run campaigns and generate pipeline.

This role spans both our venture creation companies and our broader portfolio - from day zero with newly founded companies through growth-stage support for established ones. You'll partner directly with founders and marketing leaders to shape positioning, build demand gen programs, and create the repeatable playbooks that teams can own and scale. It's equal parts strategic and hands-on: one day you're designing a multi-channel launch strategy, the next you're spinning up an AI workflow to automate outbound enrichment or accelerate content production at scale.

Responsibilities:

Demand Generation & Pipeline Creation

  • Design and execute end-to-end demand generation programs (digital, paid, ABM, content, social) to drive pipeline for venture creation companies.
  • Build repeatable growth playbooks that early-stage teams can adopt and scale.

AI-Powered Campaign Execution

  • Design and deploy AI agents and automated workflows that power demand gen at scale - from lead enrichment and personalized outreach to content generation and campaign ops.
  • Build agentic systems that reduce manual work across the full GTM stack, and share reusable templates across portfolio companies.
  • Stay at the frontier of AI tooling and identify where automation can unlock outsized leverage.

Go-To-Market Acceleration

  • Partner with founders from day zero to shape positioning, ICP, and GTM strategies.
  • Lead the creation of launch campaigns that build market presence and deliver qualified opportunities.

Creative Growth Campaigns

  • Experiment with bold, unconventional campaigns that drive awareness, differentiation, and community engagement.
  • Leverage emerging AI tools and creative channels to maximize efficiency and impact.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, funnel metrics, and contribution to pipeline.
  • Optimize based on data-driven insights across multiple early-stage companies simultaneously.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Team8’s founders, marketing, investment, and domain expert teams to bring the right mix of creative, technical, and strategic input to every venture.
  • Partner with portfolio marketing leaders to ensure smooth hand-off from venture creation to in-house marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or digital marketing, ideally in cybersecurity, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building demand gen programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of modern GTM stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of B2B buyer journeys, funnels, and marketing attribution.
  • Ability to blend analytical rigor with bold creative thinking.
  • Demonstrated success experimenting with creative campaign formats and channels.
  • Experience applying AI and emerging technologies to improve campaign execution, content production, and workflow productivity.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with multiple early-stage companies at once.
