What will you do?

• Oversee and drive the UX revamp of our product, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
• Promote a user-centered design culture within the organization
• Use Figma to develop wireframes and user workflows based on customer needs
• Conduct usability testing, friction audits, and review customer feedback
• Actively collaborate with product managers and engineering to create intuitive and usable designs
• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Develop non-functional forward-looking prototypes and mockups
• Design creative solutions to tricky UX problems
• Drive design systems and guidelines initiatives, ensuring consistency across projects
  
  

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in complex B2B enterprise software
• Proven experience in managing design projects from conception through execution
• Data visualization
• Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Extensive knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture, ensuring every project resonates with user needs.
• Five years experience as a UX/UI designer
• Familiarity with Figma and other complementary tools as required for the task
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or TypeScript is a plus, but not required
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills to articulate concepts, feedback, and rationale and promote UX-led initiatives in English and Portuguese.
