An early-stage (Seed, Stealth) company in the data infrastructure and cost optimization space is looking for a first marketing hire to join the team and work closely with the Founders to build and execute a lean and effective marketing strategy. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to be hands-on across the full marketing stack and take the organization from 0 to 1 and beyond, with the opportunity to build a team over time.

In this role you will:

• Help to define and understand the company's ICP
• Develop and execute a demand gen strategy to drive leads with a focus on experimentation
• Establish the key marketing platforms, tools, process, and infrastructure needed for future scale
• Define and execute a targeted content strategy
• Own and manage the company's online channels and properties
• Refine and communicate the company's brand, value proposition, and technology

Role requirements:

• 5-8 years experience in the marketing industry
• Experience building marketing strategy and infrastructure from scratch in an early-stage company
• A broad-based marketing skillset and the ability to work hands-on as an individual contributor
• Experience in the infrastructure, cost optimization, or a related space is a plus
