A fast-growing, early-stage startup in our portfolio, operating in the AI infrastructure space, is looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Lead (with b2c experience) to connect with customers and drive growth. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping marketing strategy, building seamless user journeys, and converting users into loyal customers.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for driving growth across the entire customer funnel—from top-of-funnel to post-signup activation and conversion.
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to craft technical, compelling, and engaging campaigns.
- Lead initiatives that integrate content, email, in-product campaigns, and data-driven strategies to optimize the customer journey and drive results.
- Manage full-funnel strategy and optimization of the entire customer journey.
- Design and execute in-product campaigns to move key metrics.
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging technical content for various channels, including blogs, guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on technical audiences.
- Proven expertise in hands-on execution of creating and managing campaigns across a full funnel.
- Hands-on experience in email marketing, content creation, and in-product campaigns.
- Strong writing skills, with experience producing technical content for a diverse audience.
- Familiarity with in-product marketing tools and techniques, including user onboarding flows and in-app messaging.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
