A well-funded, 100+ employee company in the Fintech space is looking for a Director of Product to lead a key strategic product domain and shape the direction of their offering. This role is a great opportunity to have a real impact, work across a range of teams, and grow within a stable and established company.

In this role you will:

• Lead product strategy and execution for a highly strategic product line
• Manage 1 product manager, with the opportunity to build a bigger team over time
• Work directly with 2 dedicated development teams to execute your vision
• Communicate directly with the highest levels of company leadership, key customers, and a wide range of other stakeholders

For this role, you should have:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including in a people management role
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
• Ability to create comprehensive product roadmaps, strategic plans, and detailed documentation
• Desire to get close to customers, understanding their needs and pains
• Knack for translating strategic goals into product execution
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in the Fintech space
