Our plaform powers millions of trips annually and processes tens of millions in GMV - and we're only getting started.
We are hiring a Regional Finance Manager to join our growing team in Thailand. You will be responsible for the Finance of SeatOs as a subsidiary ranging from forecasting, to monthly closing, to compliance. Working closely with SeatOS GM and the Travelier Group Finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Own the financial close process, delivering detailed and accurate fluctuation analysis. You need to be able to analyse gaps in the P&L, develop the waterfall, and communicate a BvA to department leaders.
- Lead budgeting & forecasting processes, working closely with the GM to ensure delivery of our financial commitments. Partner with GM and Commercial to model pricing scenarios, discounting, project ROI, and margin impact.
- Lead the payroll process end-to-end including employee and company expense submissions through tools such as Meshcard or Expensify, process payroll for permanent employees and service providers.
- Coordinate with HQ on tax, inter-company, compliance, and reporting requests. Acting as the SeatOS representative for all Finance related topics with the HQ.
- Work alongside HQ on strategic projects such as geography expansion, working with the strategic finance team from SeatOS perspective to deliver complex initiatives.
- Ensure full tax compliance, owning the monthly VAT reporting, international filings, and any other relevant submissions. Manage cross-country tax and invoicing requirements across Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and future markets.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to monitor cash activity. Ensure the financial infrastructure, reporting, and follow-ups for overdue payments.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports such as AR aging, collections status, and department budget spend.
Requirements
- This position is for Thai nationals only.
- 4 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably within a fast-paced, international business environment.
- Proven experience in monthly close, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA or other relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Thai and other SEA languages are a plus)
- Excellent analytical skills, proficiency in finance and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Excel, experience using NetSuite is an advantage.
- Fast learner, able to work under pressure and independently. Proactive approach, looking to enhance and improve the day to day work.
