Key Responsibilities
Our team needs a Senior Marketing Designer with deep experience in creating promotional materials for mobile platforms. We are looking for a specialist able to develop visual solutions that effectively represent our games on the App Store and Google Play.
- Develop marketing materials for mobile games for App Store and Google Play (icons, screenshots, ficher graphics, in-app event banners, etc.)
- Create 3D characters, objects and scenes in Blender for use in static and animated marketing materials.
- Collaboration with motion design team and producer.
- Conceptualizing complex illustrations and characters for marketing videos.
- Analyzing the competitive environment and visual trends in the mobile games market.
- Participation in planning and implementation of A/B tests to assess the effectiveness of visual solutions.
- Creating adaptations of creatives for different geos, platforms, resolutions and languages.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in marketing design in mobile/gaming/app industry.
- Portfolio with completed projects for App Store and Google Play.
- Proficiency in Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Blender and experience in creating 3D graphics (experience with Unity will be a plus).
- Experience using neural networks for image generation (Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of the fundamentals of composition, form, light, volume, color, and visual storytelling.
- Deep understanding of mobile game graphics: UI, visual style, genre styling.
- Awareness of global visual trends in the gaming industry and the ability to adapt them to the product.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles of mobile interfaces.
- Ability to independently build a workflow, meet deadlines and effectively work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creativity, initiative and proactive approach to tasks.
- Ready for open communication with producers, marketers and motion designers, ability to argue your decisions.
- English language skills at Intermediate (B1) level and above
