About The Role

BigPanda is seeking an experienced Value Delivery Manager to join our Professional Services team in EMEA. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve measurable outcomes through the adoption of BigPanda’s suite of AI solutions: AI Detection and Response, AI Incident Assistant, and AI Incident Prevention.

VDMs lead implementations that unify traditionally siloed IT functions across Observability, Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Site Reliability Engineering, and Operations. As a trusted consultant, you will lead complex multi-product programs across our enterprise customers, shape customer decisions, define and track measurable business value, and be a clear communicator across English and German-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring projects deliver business value and technical alignment.
  • Act as a trusted consultant and senior advisor to executive stakeholders, shaping operating-model decisions and securing executive sponsorship for change
  • Manage large, complex programs that span multiple BigPanda products (multi-SKU deployments) and multiple customer business units
  • Define, deliver, and track measurable customer value (business outcomes, ROI, value-realization plans) across the lifetime of the account
  • Partner with the Solutions Architect and the Solutions Engineer to ensure that the BigPanda solution is able to meet our client's business goals in addition to their technical requirements
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Partner with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless Sales Services transitions and maintain alignment on critical value delivery work streams.
  • Champion customer success stories and outcomes that validate BigPanda’s business value.
  • Develop and maintain technical and product proficiency in the BigPanda product, including its AI capabilities (AI Detection and Response, AI Incident Assistant, AI Incident Prevention)
  • Actively contribute to BigPanda’s best practices framework and support continuous improvement of our delivery methodology.

  • Requirements

    • 6+ years project management experience with enterprise IT Projects or SaaS Implementations
    • Native or fluent German speaker
    • Experience with digital transformation projects and implementing operational improvements alongside technical solutions
    • Demonstrated responsibility for timelines, deliverables, budget, and resources
    • Detail-oriented, energetic, efficient individual with a “get it done” attitude
    • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including senior-level executives and technical leads
    • Experience developing risk identification and mitigation plans
    • Experience developing and delivering value-oriented roadmaps
    • Excellent communication skills; able to articulate complex projects statuses to multiple stakeholders including C-Suite executives.
    • Experience in AIOps or ITOps strongly preferred
    • Ability to travel up to 10% for key project milestones
