Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily investor communications and attend to investor inquiries
2. Ensure timely and accurate distribution of routine financial communications such as capital calls, capital distributions, and capital account statements.
3. Coordinate with banks to ensure the accurate and timely receipt of payments and disbursement of payments.
4. Assist in various financial reporting and other financial tasks.

Job Requirements:

1. Native or fluent English, both written and spoken.
2. Background in finance, communication, or investment firms' back-office operations
3. A degree in Economics, Accounting (advantage), or Business Administration
4. Accuracy and attention to details
5. Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising the quality of work
6. Proactive Team Player
7. Strong communication skills for engaging with investors daily.
