Job Description:
In this capacity, you are the technical authority for the AI Data Innovation Pipeline for PCIe, storage and memory connectivity and you lead a team of senior architects and engineers.
Experience:
Minimum of 18 years of overall experience of which a minimum of 6 years is in management.
Leadership of senior architects and engineers.
Possess strong background in: AI XPU, GPU Server and Standard Server System Architectures, Product roadmap development, System and board specification and development, Silicon and Software specification and development, Full product lifecycle depth from concept, architecture specification development, design, validation, deployment and support.
Pathfinding:
Work closely with the division GM and Product Marketing in the development of the product line roadmap for PCIe Switches and Storage Controllers.
Product Definition:
Able to establish product concepts and lead the architecture team in the completion of system, board, silicon, software and performance specification documents for PCIe Switching and Storage Controller product lines.
Work across the organization to initiate and support development execution.
Provide technical support to business and marketing teams.
Customer and industry Engagement:
Engage with customers - OEM, ODM, Hyper-scalers and industry/ecosystem partners at the executive, marketing and architectural level to establish sustainable trusted engagements from strategic to in-depth technical discussions.
Experience in industry standards development and influence.
Technical Expertise:
Working knowledge of Standard Server/Storage and AI Server Solutions and Architectures.
Depth, direction and evolution of the platform stack components: Software (Linux, Windows, VMware), PCIe, PCIe switching and complex PCIe switching topologies, storage interface and protocols (SAS, SATA, PCIe NVME), Storage Device (HDD,SSD), Data Protection (Erasure, RAID, Replication), Management interfaces and protocols (I2C/I3C/USB, MCTP, PLDM, Redfish-RDE), Security Algorithms, Authentication and Encryption (secure boot, SHA, RSA, ECDSA, PQC: CNSA2.0 ML-DSA, DICE, SPDM), Memory technology (HBM, DDR, Flash), Integrated Telemetry and Debug capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $174,400 - $279,000.

All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
