Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Bid & Strategic Intelligence Manager to join our Corporate Development team. This is a pivotal role where technical expertise meets business strategy. You will be the engine behind our global expansion, responsible for identifying high-stakes international tenders, leading complex proposal processes, and delivering the competitive intelligence that shapes our market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the lifecycle of international RFIs, RFPs, and Tenders in the defense and dual-use sectors.
- Analyze technical and administrative tender requirements, mapping our capabilities against client needs and identifying necessary adaptations.
- Orchestrate inputs from Engineering, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to build cohesive, high-quality, and compliant proposals.
- Draft and edit compelling technical and commercial narratives that articulate our unique value proposition.
- Track outcomes and lead "Post-Mortem" sessions to refine our bidding strategy and build a reusable asset library.
- Research global defense trends, emerging procurement models (e.g., FMS/FMF), and geopolitical shifts impacting our business.
- Develop and maintain "Battle Cards" and deep-dive reports on competitor offerings and positioning.
- Translate raw market data into briefings for executive leadership to support strategic planning and market entry.
Requirements
- 3+ years in managing international tenders or complex proposals - Must.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Political Science, or a related field
- Ability to synthesize complex technical documents and vast amounts of data into clear, strategic conclusions.
- Exceptional English - both written and verbal. Ability to write high-level professional proposals.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Strategic Mindset: Familiarity with competitive intelligence methodologies and market research tools.
