The Business Development team at Yotpo is a group of strategic, high-energy, and collaborative thinkers who are passionate about building the connective tissue of the eCommerce world. As the Director of Product Partnerships & strategic BD, you will lead our global integrations strategy to ensure Yotpo maintains the right technology alliances to fuel our exponential growth. You will be the bridge between our partners and our product teams, directly impacting customer retention, win rates, and our position as a central player in the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Formation: form new first-of-a-kind integrations and commercial alliances with the world’s leading commerce, social & marketing platforms, to constantly give Yotpo and its customers a competitive advantage.
- Relationship Management: Directly manage strategic relationships with Tier-1 partners (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok, Attentive) to identify new GTM and product opportunities and insights.
- App-Market Leadership: Lead the strategy and execution of Yotpo’s App Market vision in collaboration with Product Leadership; identify and negotiate first-of-a-kind partnerships that create a competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between BD and Product; bring ecosystem signals to the Tel Aviv HQ to influence the product roadmap and build business cases for new integrations.
- Team Development: Manage a Product Partnerships Manager responsible for qualifying, onboarding, and supporting new integrations with ecommerce apps and marketing platforms.
- GTM Enablement: Partner with Product Marketing and L&E to ensure client-facing teams are equipped to leverage integrations; build frameworks for legal, commercial, and technical partner support.
- Performance Tracking: Work with Partner Ops to report on the App Market’s value, including impact on sales win rates, lead generation, and customer stickiness.
Required Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years in the eCommerce space at a fast-growing SaaS company in a strategic customer or partner-facing role.
- Strategic Mindset: A proven track record of running strategic partner relationships and overseeing the entire integration lifecycle—from value identification to release.
- Technical Literacy: Strong product and technical skillset, with the ability to navigate discussions with Engineering and Product leadership and understand integration concepts and material, such as APIs and SDKs.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with global business leaders, balancing local market needs with global consistency.
- Analytical Rigor: A detail-oriented and analytical mindset with comfort in data, reporting, and process optimization.
- Deal Negotiator: Experience negotiating complex business deals and legal agreements for product collaboration / integration led opportunities
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- 4+ years in product partnerships, product management or solution engineering roles
- Proven experience working with Shopify, Magento Commerce, Salesforce Commerce, Meta Shops, TikTok Shop, Google Shopping and similar commerce platforms

Base Salary: $175,000 - $225,000* (Note: Compensation ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.)
