Senior Field Marketing Manager – Denmark & Nordic
Location: Denmark (preferred) or Finland
Scope: Denmark (Field Marketing) and Nordic Cluster (Norway, Finland, Denmark)
Reports to: Head of Marketing Nordic
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for Denmark while driving marketing planning and execution for the Compute Business Unit across the Nordic Cluster (Norway, Finland, and Denmark).
This is a senior marketing role requiring a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will develop and implement integrated marketing plans that accelerate pipeline growth, strengthen brand positioning, and support business objectives across the region.
Working closely with Sales, Business Unit leaders, and local category marketing teams, you will translate business priorities into impactful marketing programs and customer engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the strategic marketing plan for the Compute Business Unit across the Nordic Cluster (Norway, Denmark and Finland)
Define and execute annual, quarterly, and campaign-specific marketing plans aligned with regional business goals.
Partner with Sales leadership, Business Unit teams, and local category marketing teams to drive demand generation and revenue growth.

Plan, orchestrate, and execute integrated marketing programs, including:
Customer events
Executive briefings
Partner activities
Digital campaigns
Thought leadership programs
Industry conferences and trade shows
Act as the primary marketing lead for Denmark, ensuring local market relevance and execution excellence.
Drive country-specific flagship events, including Innovation Days, customer forums, and strategic executive engagements.
Manage campaign performance, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to leverage best practices, messaging, content, and campaign assets.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Product, Partners, and Executive Leadership.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, field marketing, or business unit marketing.
Proven experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong understanding of enterprise technology markets, ideally within infrastructure, compute, IT solutions, or related sectors.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales organizations and cross-functional teams.
Experience managing large-scale customer events and executive engagement programs.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; Nordic language skills are an advantage.
